Ensures compliance with regulatory standards through documentation audits and community outreach to coordinate services such as mental health and substance abuse support.
Manages crisis interventions, monitors high-risk clients, and collaborates with agencies like ACS for mandated reporting.
Qualifications include NYS LCSW or LMHC license, supervisory experience, experience with mental health/substance abuse, and bilingual skills preferred.
